Background
Goodman Australia is an Australian commercial and industrial property group that owns, develops and manages real estate. This includes warehouses, large scale logistics facilities, business and office parks throughout Australia. Vivesco has been working with Goodman to maintain their Victorian properties since 2013.
Contract details
Our team is currently responsible for maintaining numerous Goodman properties in the Moorabbin Airport precinct and throughout Port Melbourne. Vivesco’s responsibilities include all garden maintenance, turf maintenance, irrigation management, weed control and garden improvements as part of the ongoing contract.
